Display Gift Box Design

1. EVA foam inner tray to protect artefacts from damage

Firstly, in order to pack Crytal ball steable inside box, we apply white EVA as inner tray to hold the bottle of Crytal ball, the EVA form design must hold crytal ball bottle,fix the dimensions, height size is base on Fred brand printing area, then we can see "Fred" brand when open the box. On top of EVA , we apply same white special paper to cover EVA, which is more white and same as inner box paper color and material. 

2. Special high quality materials

We use high quality materials - 128g special 100% purety wood pulp paper with FRED requested texture as the surface paper, 1200g grey board paper as inside paper. 

with this kind of special paper and special testure, the paper surface will have more eye-catching and attract more people's attention. The touch feeling is also very good.

3. Structure of box design

The more special and unique of this box is structure of box design, as the Crystal ball is a circyle on sharp, the size is a little big, we need to design box base its demension. And also, it is a display box, when we use it as gift, we want to show our friend a very sense of surprise moment when they open the box.  

So, there's a ribbon to open box, and also magnets to close box

4. Outside box with kraft corrugated paper and black sponge to protect

To order to pack this Crytal box more safety, we apply an outside box to protect it. The outside box is also a display box style, using 350g US kraft paper with 140g corrugated paper, inside, we apply 15mm thickness black sponge at 6 sides of box. The will project white box very well.
