1. 40pcs of colorful pen can be see from outside

Customer need to pack 40pcs of different color open in the box. All of the color can be see from outside. Base on this, we disign a PET window to show the colorful pen. 40pcs of colorful pen is lots on quality. At first destage, we provide 2 options. Option 1 is to put all 40pcs of pen at a line, that will be a very long box; Option 2 is to put 20pcs in a line with total 2 lines in the box.

It will be very long box if choose option 1. 

In order to  reduce shipping room, customer selected option 2. 

2. How to see all 40pcs of colorful pen from Window.

In order to see all 40pcs of colorfule pen from Window, we should design 2pcs of blister to hold it. 

The 2pcs of blister should have different dimensions on height. 

Then we need to apply a EVA insert at the bottom. 

3. Touch Feeling Lamination is applied
